My experience in the process of buying / selling my condo, in which Mr. Mario Marun worked with me as my real estate advisor, was a complete success.
With only about 2 weeks of having mentioned to Mario my intention to sell my condo, He brought the buyer.
Mario was attentive throughout the process for both sides to feel confortable and to make the transaction easy for us both (buyer an my self).
Mario was always on top of the transaction, making sure that that the terms agreed upon in the purchase option were followed by both parties at all times. He stayed in contact throughout the three month that the transaction took place to help me out in case a situation occurred, which it did not.
